EC Burnett III

EC Burnett III served as a S.C. Family Court Judge and as a S.C. Circuit Court Judge for 16 years; then as a Justice of the S.C. Supreme Court for 12 years. He lives in Pauline, S.C., with his wife, Jami. They have three children, E.C. IV, Sharon and Jeffrey and three grandchildren, Davis West, Emma Carson West and Carlee Burnett. He graduated from Wofford College, BA 1964 and from the University of S.C. School of Law, JD 1969. His community service includes Sertoma International and Mobile Meals of Spartanburg. He is active in prison ministry.

Hope Blackley

In 2010, Hope Blackley was appointed Spartanburg County Clerk of Court. She currently manages the day-to-day operations of the courthouse, the court system, and also supervises over 50 employees. Ms. Blackley serves on numerous boards and is the recipient of the 2014 Upstate Urban League’s Whitney M. Young, Jr Humanitarian Award. One of Ms. Blackley’s personal joys is giving back to her community. She lives by her personal motto, “Never allow anyone to set limits on your life because you never know who you might encourage by your determination.”

S. Reel Robertson

S. Reel Robertson, is a Certified Public Accountant located in Spartanburg. Robertson has volunteered on various non-profit boards including the Spartanburg Kiwanis Club and The Music Foundation of Spartanburg. He is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg where he sings in the Chancel Choir and is a member of the First Presbyterian Chamber Singers.

Fred Thrailkill

Fred Thrailkill has dedicated his life to serving others. He has been active in prison ministry for 25 years and a member of the Spartanburg First Baptist Church, where he serves in Recovery Ministry. Fred has dedicated 32 years of service in the South Carolina Army National Guard and retired from being an Operations and Training Officer. When not serving others, he and his wife, Terri, enjoy their nine grandchildren.

Christopher Pritchard

Christopher Pritchard received the Charles “Chuck” Colson scholarship to attend Wheaton College, where he received his certification in Reentry Ministry. With 9 years of experience helping returning citizens to successfully reenter their communities, Christopher currently serves in both local and national ministries. He is the Mentor Advocate for Jump Start Ministries and the Social Media Coordinator for the Correctional Ministries and Chaplain’s Association. He and his wife, Jennifer, recently moved to Lyman, SC to be near family: daughters, Hannah and Heather.
